In order to ensure the best possible outcome and safety for all clients, we here at Timeless
Aesthetics Face & Body Sculpting emphasise the importance of providing all necessary
information and having realistic expectations regarding treatments. The client must
acknowledge and accept the risks associated with all treatments, as well as the potential for
differing results based on individual anatomy and lifestyle. It is the client's responsibility to
understand and comply with the terms and conditions outlined by the facility.
Timeless Aesthetics has the right to determine the suitable treatments for clients and hold
the right to refuse treatment to our discretion.
It is crucial for individuals to disclose any known allergies and pregnancy status when
purchasing skincare products or services to ensure the safety of the client and avoid any
potential adverse reactions. It is understandable that allergies or adverse reactions can
manifest at any time and should be handled with caution. It is your responsibility to contact
the clinic on 0452 337 117 if any reaction occurs as soon as possible.
In case of any medical care needed. It is important to be aware that you are responsible for
covering all expenses.
The exchange and refund policy states that only faulty products, as determined by the
company, are eligible for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of receipt. Items must be
returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection of
the product, and exchanges will be for items of equal or lesser value. Customers are
responsible for shipping costs and stocking fees. Damaged products returned may result in
no refund.
Prepaid packages, in-clinic treatments, products, services, memberships, or vouchers are
non-refundable including due to reasons such as change of mind, loss of voucher, or
relocation and cannot exceed be used past the expiry date.
Booking fees are taken upon bookings to secure your appointment and are non refundable
within any time.
We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to
avoid the forfeiture of the booking fee. While we empathise with unexpected situations, our
policy remains firm and non-negotiable under any circumstances. It is the client's
responsibility to familiarise themselves with our policies prior to making a booking with us.
If running late we may have to customise your appointment to fit within the entail treatment
time frame.
