Do you offer free consultations?

Our consultations are $50 which is then redeemable on products or services with us.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, Afterpay is available as our payment plan option.

Comfort level varies from client to client. The two treatments that you may experience any kind of discomfort is HIFU intail a slight aching and pricking feeling below the surface of the skin, this tends to subside quite quickly. Light pain medication can be taken prior to the treatment to help with comfort levels. Fat Freezing can feel quite cold and you may feel it to be quite suctioned onto the skin but this is quite comfortable once applied.

Are treatments painful?

Can I have HIFU done if I have other enhancements done?

Yes, you can. If the enhancements are non surgical please just leave it 2 weeks pre and post treatment. Otherwise 9 months for surgical enhancements done in the treating area. If you’re unsure please don't hesitate to contact us to have a further discussion.

Can I have treatment whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

Definitely, we offer a wide range of treatments that can absolutely be done whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. However some treatments such as HIFU, Muscle Sculpt, Fat Freezing and some Pro Dermal Peels may have to wait.

Is HIFU safe?

Yes, ultrasound has been used safely in the medical field for over 50 years and after clinical safety studies it has been cleared for use in the cosmetic field with tens and thousands of treatments being done safely worldwide.

We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations, changes or rescheduling of appointments to avoid the forfeiture of the booking fee. While we empathise with unexpected situations, our policy remains firm and non-negotiable under any circumstances. It is the client's responsibility to familiarise themselves with our policies prior to making a booking with us.

Can I have treatments done whilst on Roaccutane?

A face to face consultation will be needed to ensure that we prescribe to and treat your skin correctly.

How much is the booking fee?

The booking fee is $200 or if the treatment booked is of lesser value it will be the value of the treatment that you are booking. This, of course, is deducted from the treatment price on the day.
