HIFU Body Sculpting

HIFU Body sculpting offers a non-invasive, zero-downtime solution, effectively reducing fat and tightening the skin, resulting in a more contoured appearance.

Unlike fat freezing, the high frequency of the ultrasound wave generates heat beneath the skin at depths ranging from 6mm to 13mm, effectively destroying fat cells and tightening the treated area. The eliminated cells are then naturally flushed away by the body's removal process and will continue to do so for up to 6 months post-treatment.

TREATMENT INFORMATION

  • After a face to face consultant a handheld device is methodically moved across the areas we are addressing at the depths specifically customised for you.

    Throughout the treatment, you may experience a prickling and achy sensation, which diminishes post-treatment. The entire procedure typically takes approximately 2 - 2.5 hours to complete.

  • A face-to-face consultation is essential for HIFU body sculpting to ensure it is the most beneficial treatment for your specific concerns. During this consultation, we will discuss the number of sessions needed and the recommended frequency for optimal results.

    HIFU is not advised for individuals with open wounds or lesions, keloid scarring, implanted electrical devices (such as pacemakers), or metal implants in the treated region.

    It is also not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those with Bell's Palsy, heart disease, hypertension, liver, kidney, or skin disease.

  • A minimum of 3 sessions, spaced every 3 months, is recommended for optimal and lasting results. After your consultation we can determine the number of treatments needed specifically for you.

  • Results take 3 -6 months to surface lasting 1-3 years although should be maintained with a healthy diet and regular exercise ensuring long term results.

  • There may be some discomfort while the ultrasound energy is being delivered however comfort thresholds vary from client to client. This is temporary and a positive signal that the collagen-building process has been initiated. If you choose to, you may use light pain medication to increase comfort during the treatment.

    After the treatment, you may experience slight redness which subsides within the hour. You may return to everyday activities normal. It is also normal for clients to experience mild tenderness, swelling and muscle soreness for the following days to weeks.

  • HIFU Body Sculpting can be combined with other body shaping treatments such as fat freezing and Muscle Sculpting to achieve specific outcomes. This can be discussed in further detail in your prior consultation.
